Access to Employee's Personnel File. Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to their own personnel file, upon request by the employee involved. It is understood that employees shall be entitled to obtain copies of all documents contained in their personnel file when requested and that an employee's reply to any document contained in their personnel file will also be placed in said employee's personnel file. The Employer agrees to keep only one (1) personnel file per employee.

Access to Employee's Personnel File. Employees covered by this Agreement will have visual access to their own personnel file. Requests to view this file must be sent to the Secretary Treasurer and an appointment will be made to accommodate the request. The Employer will have its representative present when an employee is examining their personnel file. It is understood that employees may make copies of any documentation contained in their personnel file. An employee’s reply to any document contained in his or her personnel file will also be placed in the employee’s personnel file. The employee’s personnel file shall be located in, and maintained by, the Division office.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.
