Access to Personnel File. Each employee shall have reasonable access to their file in the Human Re- sources Department for the purpose of reviewing contents. Access will be in the presence of an employee from the Human Resources Department. ARTICLE DURATION IRfenewtahl:er party desires to termi- nate this Agreement as of midnight on the day of Octo- ber, it shall, not less than thirty days, and not more than ninety days prior to such date, give written notice to the other of such notice of termination. Access to Personnel File. An employee or the Union staff representative or designate, with the writ- ten authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the in- vestigation of a grievance or for the information of the employee.
