ACCESS TO ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS. You authorize Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank to provide access to some or all Eligible Accounts through the Services. For each Eligible Account to which access is provided, you may request removal of such access by sending e-mail through the Service or by calling Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank at 0-000-000-0000. You may access all Eligible Accounts at the Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank Services via a link on our website: xxxx://xxx.XXXXX.xxx (“Website”) to obtain balances, transaction history, and other information. To access an Eligible Account or use a Service you must have a User ID, password, and the required hardware and software. Subject to this and all other agreements, you will generally be able to access your Eligible Accounts through the Services seven days a week, 24 hours a day. At certain times, the Services may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. During these times you may use our “Bank 24” Telephone Banking Service at 0-000-000-0000 or contact the Bank at 0-000-000-0000 to obtain information about your Eligible Accounts.

ACCESS TO ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS. 1. To have access to the BDB Portal Services for an account, THE CUSTOMER must be the account holder on the Eligible Account or be authorized to such account by the holder of said account. If THE CUSTOMER has more than one Eligible Account, THE BANK may link the relationships together with the primary Eligible Account. THE CUSTOMER may expressly request that certain accounts at THE BANK not be linked to the BDB Portal Services. Non -linked accounts will not be accessible through the BDB Portal Services. If THE CUSTOMER´S Eligible Account is a limited transaction account, each payment or transfer THE CUSTOMER makes through the BDB Portal Services will count towards the number of transfers permitted in each statement period. If THE CUSTOMER closes the primary Eligible Account, access to the BDB Portal Service will terminate and any unprocessed transactions will be cancelled.

A transfer completed through Banno after the transfer cutoff time on a business day or on a day that is not a business day, may be posted on the next business day. At certain times, an Online Banking Service may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. During these times, you may use our phone banking system or any automated teller machine (ATM).

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you will generally be able to access your Eligible Accounts through the Website seven days a week, 24 hours a day. A transfer completed through a Service before the transfer cutoff time on a business day will be posted to your Eligible Account the same day. All transfers completed after the transfer cutoff time on a business day or on a day that is not a business day, will be posted on the next business day. The transfer cutoff time is 5:00pm (Central Standard Time). Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays. At certain times, service may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. During these times, you may use the Reliance Bank location to obtain information about your Eligible Accounts.
ACCESS TO ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS. To have access to Positive Pay System for an Eligible Account, you must be the account holder of a Primary Eligible Account at INTERCREDIT BANK. If you have more than one Eligible Account, we may link the relationships together with a Primary Eligible Account. You may expressly request in writing that certain Accounts not be linked to Positive Pay. Non-linked Accounts will not be accessible through the Positive Pay System.

At certain times, an Online Banking Service may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. During these times, you may use our InfoLine (763-441-3380) or any automated teller machine (ATM). Electronic Mail (E-mail): One way of communicating with us is by sending E-Mail. Our website and World Wide Banker have provided an E-mail link for you to ask questions about your account (s) or give comments on our service. To ensure the security of your account information, we recommend that you don't indicate any personal information (account numbers, social security, etc) in your comments. You cannot use E-Mail to initiate transactions on your accounts. For transactions, please use the appropriate functions within World Wide Banker or call Customer Service at 000-000-0000.

The transfer cutoff time is 2:00PM (Mountain Time). Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays. At certain times, the Service may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. During these times, you may use our 24-hour Bankline Service to obtain information about your Eligible Accounts.
