About Your Account. We issue the Starbucks Card to you. It allows you to load 20-1000 XXX value onto your Starbucks Card for use at participating Starbucks stores. The XXX value that you load onto your Starbucks Card is a prepayment for the goods and services of participating stores. We ofer the Starbucks Card to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your relationship with us more rewarding. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, the XXX value on your Starbucks Card is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value on your Starbucks Card is not insured by Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority , nor does it earn interest. Starbucks Cards are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only use Starbucks Cards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. When you register your Starbucks Cards with the Starbucks Rewards® program, the Starbucks Rewards® terms of use will also apply and can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.

About Your Account. 2.1 You may hold no more than 2 Accounts in your own name or 4 Accounts jointly with another person at any one time. You cannot hold an Account in your own name and an Account jointly with another person at the same time.

Tabs and Pockets Your Account automatically includes two deposit “Tabs”: “Checking” and “Savings”: ● The Checking Tab is your transactional Tab, and is linked to your ONE Debit Card. This Tab is designed to hold funds you will be spending soon. This Tab does not accrue interest. ● The Savings Tab is a place to keep funds you are saving. The Savings tab consists of “Pockets”. Your Savings Tab has a Primary Savings pocket titled “[Your First Name]’s Savings”. Your Savings Pockets accrue interest on money your set aside to save. You or we may create additional Pockets. You may transfer funds among your Tabs and Pockets. Tabs and Pockets are not additional Accounts and may be created, removed or restricted without revising this Agreement or without providing notice. Accordingly, transactions between Pockets are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement in Section 12 below.

Starbucks Card means a pre-paid gift card, with a unique 16-digit identification code and a 5- digit security code, issued for use by the card holder, entitling the User to perform transactions in Starbucks stores located in Hungary. It allows you to load a Hungarian forint value onto your Starbucks Card for use at participating Starbucks stores. The Hungarian forint value that you load onto your Starbucks Card is a prepayment for the goods and services of participating stores. We offer the Starbucks Card to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your relationship with us more rewarding. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, the Hungarian forint value on your Starbucks Card is nonrefundable (except for special cases specified in this Agreement) and may not be redeemed for cash. The value on your Starbucks Card does not earn interest. All Starbucks stores in Hungary accept your Starbucks Card. Starbucks Cards are not targeted towards nor intended for use by anyone under the age of 14. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, you may only use Starbucks Cards with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. When you register your Starbucks Cards with the Starbucks Rewards® program, the Starbucks Rewards® terms of use will also apply and can be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.
About Your Account. The Account is issued by the Bank. The Account is a prepaid account, which allows you to access funds loaded on to your Account via the Website or App. You should treat your User Information for purposes of accessing your Account with the same care as you would treat cash. The Account does not constitute a checking, savings, or other bank account and is not connected in any way to any other account you may have. The Account is not a credit account. The Account is not a gift account or card, nor is it intended to be used for gifting purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may cancel, repossess, close, or revoke the Account at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. The Account is not for resale and may not be transferred or assigned. This Account is not designated for business use and we may close your Account if we determine that it is being used for business purposes. We may close your Account or refuse to process any transaction at any time, including if we believe that a transaction may violate the terms of this Agreement or represents illegal or fraudulent activity.
