If you believe your card and/or code has been lost or stolen and you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you will have no liability if someone used your card and/or code without yourpermission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your card and/or code, under Regulation E, you could lose up to $500.00. Also, you may have unlimited liability if the unauthorized transaction is not reported within 60 days of when the unauthorized transaction was reported on a periodic statement. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

We reserve the right to pay Card transactions before checks and other items. Fees: You may initiate transactions at any terminal, ATM, or other access means owned by the Credit Union or any Network(s) we subscribe to. You may be charged certain transaction and other fees as set forth in the Fee Schedule, which will be automatically debited from your checking account. The Credit Union reserves the right to establish and maintain transaction fees and charges which may be modified from time to time. Note: Owners of non-Credit Union ATMs may charge fees in addition to any fees disclosed in the Schedule. These fees are generally called a “surcharge.” This is not a fee charged by your Credit Union; however, any such fee will be paid from your deposit account. Additional fees may be applicable such as stop payment fees, fees to replace cards, instant issue fees, rush deliver fees, PIN change fees, etc. Each applicable fee is disclosed in the Schedule. Transaction Limitations: With your Card you may conduct daily PIN purchase transactions up to $2,500 with a maximum cash limit at ATMs of $1,000; the signature purchase transaction limit is $5,000. [With Access Checking Cards you may conduct daily PIN purchase transactions up to $500 with a maximum cash limit at ATMs of $500; the signature purchase transaction limit is $1,500.] Other limitations may apply if the network or conducted transaction is not “on-line.” Limitations, such as frequency of card use and number of times used, may also apply to protect you and the Credit Union.

Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
