Access to Network Interface Device (NID. 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Access to Network Interface Device (NID. 2.4.3.1 Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), SouthEast may access the end user’s wire by any of the following means: 1) BellSouth shall allow SouthEast to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. It is the responsibility of SouthEast to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID. 2) Where an adequate length of the end user’s inside wire is present and environmental conditions permit, either Party may remove the inside wire from the other Party’s NID and connect that wire to that Party’s own NID; 3) Enter the subscriber access chamber or “side” of “dual chamber” NID enclosures for the purpose of extending a connecterized or spliced jumper wire from the inside wiring through a suitable “punch-out” hole of such NID enclosures; or 4) Request BellSouth to make other rearrangements to the inside wiring terminations or terminal enclosure on a time and materials cost basis to be charged to the requesting Party (i.e., SouthEast, its agent, the building owner or the subscriber). Such charges will be billed to the requesting Party.

It is the responsibility of Xspedius to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID.
Access to Network Interface Device (NID. 4.2.1 Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Al-Call may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Al-Call to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other munications carriers to provide service to the premise. Al-Call agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 9.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

It is the responsibility of <<customer_name>> to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID.
Access to Network Interface Device (NID. 4.3.1 Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), ITC^DeltaCom may access the end user’s wire by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow ITC^DeltaCom to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. ITC^DeltaCom agrees to install 4 States Attachment 2 Clean 12-17-01 compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

It is the responsibility of Choctaw to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID.
