Personal Freedom. 20.1 The personal life of an Employee is not an appropriate concern for the attention of the Board except as it may directly inhibit the Employee from performing properly his/her assigned functions during the workday.

Personal Freedom. 1. The personal life of a faculty member is not an appropriate concern of the District for the purposes of evaluation or disciplinary action unless it prevents the faculty member from performing his/her assigned duties or it calls for discipline under the provisions of the Education Code.
Personal Freedom. A. The Board and the Association agree that the private and personal life of an employee is not within the appropriate concern or attention of the Board, except as it may interfere with the employee’s responsibilities to and relationships with students and/or the school system.
