For each transaction made through the Service Issuer shall provide to Client information about its execution deadline, the fees to which Client shall be subject and, if applicable, a breakdown of the fees, provided such information is requested prior to execution. Furthermore, once the fees have been debited from Client’s account, Issuer shall provide Client with the following information: (i) a reference number that enables to identify each payment and, if applicable, information about the beneficiary; (ii) the amount involved in each payment; (iii) the amount of any fees charged and, if applicable, the corresponding breakdown; and (iv) the date of debit or receipt of a payment order. Client is entitled to request this information to be provided or made accessible regularly, at least once a month, free of charge, provided Client is allowed to store this information and reproduce it without changes.
