Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), effective as of April 18, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between MERIDIAN WASTE SOLUTIONS, INC., a New York corporation, with offices at 12540 Broadwell Road, Suite 2104, Milton, Georgia 30004 (hereinafter called the "Company"), and JOSEPH D'ARELLI, an individual (the "Employee"). The Company and Employee are also each hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties"

Base Salary. Beginning on the Effective Date, the Company agrees to pay the Employee a base salary at the annual rate of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000). All salary, bonus, or other compensation payable to the Employee shall be subject to the customary withholding, FICA, medical and other tax and other employment taxes and deductions as required by federal, state and local law with respect to compensation paid by an employer to an employee. The Board of Directors and any committees thereof may perform an annual review of Employee's salary based on a review of Employee's performance of his duties and the Company's other compensation policies.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 17, 2017, is entered into by and between Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at One Kendall Square, Suite B7201, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139 (the "Company"), and Richard Peters (the "Employee").

Base Salary. During the Term of Employment, the Employee shall receive a base salary at the rate of $26,923.08 per bi-weekly pay period (which is an annualized rate of $700,000), less all applicable taxes and withholdings (the "Base Salary"), paid in installments in accordance with the Company's regularly established payroll procedure. The Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board and may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with normal business practices and taking into account then-current market factors, but in no event shall the Employee's Base Salary be less than the Employee (organization) values">Base Salary the Employee received from the Company in the immediately preceding year.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered by and between MARK B. DUNKERLEY ("Employee") and each of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. ("HH") and its wholly owned subsidiary Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. ("HA"); which companies are individually and collectively identified herein as the "Company".

Base Salary. The Company shall pay Employee, and Employee agrees to accept from the Company as payment for his services to the Company, a base salary at the rate of $725,000 per year ("Base Salary"), payable in equal semi-monthly installments or at such other time or times as Employee and the Company shall agree, provided that in no event will such payment be made later than the 409A Limit as defined in Section 22(a) hereof. Employee's Base Salary will be reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board at least annually beginning in February 2017 for possible increases.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), dated as of October 28, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), is by and among United Natural Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and Steven L. Spinner (the "Employee").

Base Salary. Until termination of the Employee's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Employee a base salary ("Base Salary") of at least Nine Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($922,500) per annum, which shall be payable to the Employee in regular installments in accordance with the Company's general payroll policies and practices. The Company's Board of Directors, or the Compensation Committee thereof (the "Committee"), shall review the Employee's Base Salary annually during the period of employment hereunder and, in its sole discretion, may increase, but not decrease, such Base Salary from time to time.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the Employment Agreement or Agreement) is made and entered into as of the 17th day of July, 2016 (the Execution Date), by and between N-Viro International Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Robert W. Bohmer, an individual (Employee).

Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Employee a base annual salary (the Base Salary) at the rate of at least Fifty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($57,200) per year, payable at such intervals (at least monthly) as salaries are paid generally to other executive officers of the Company. At least once each year on or before each January 1 during the Employment Period, Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Board and, at the discretion of the Board, may be increased to an amount determined in good faith based upon a complete review of Employee's performance under this Employment Agreement during the prior year and the growth and profitability of the Employee (organization) values">Company and Employees contributions thereto, which review shall be communicated in writing to Employee.

This Employment Agreement (the Employment Agreement or Agreement) is made and entered into as of the 17th day of July, 2016 (the Execution Date), by and between N-Viro International Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Timothy R. Kasmoch, an individual (Employee).

Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Employee a base annual salary (the Base Salary) at the rate of at least One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) per year, payable at such intervals (at least monthly) as salaries are paid generally to other executive officers of the Company. At least once each year on or before each January 1 during the Employment Period, Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Board and, at the discretion of the Board, may be increased to an amount determined in good faith based upon a complete review of Employee's performance under this Employment Agreement during the prior year and the growth and profitability of the Employee (organization) values">Company and Employees contributions thereto, which review shall be communicated in writing to Employee.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the Employment Agreement or Agreement) is made and entered into as of the 17th day of July, 2016 (the Execution Date), by and between N-Viro International Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the Company), and James K. McHugh, an individual (Employee).

Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Employee a base annual salary (the Base Salary) at the rate of at least One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) per year, payable at such intervals (at least monthly) as salaries are paid generally to other executive officers of the Company. At least once each year on or before each January 1 during the Employment Period, Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Board and, at the discretion of the Board, may be increased to an amount determined in good faith based upon a complete review of Employee's performance under this Employment Agreement during the prior year and the growth and profitability of the Employee (organization) values">Company and Employees contributions thereto, which review shall be communicated in writing to Employee.

Base Salary. The Employee shall receive an annual base salary of USD 334,185 gross (the "Base Salary"), payable in twelve monthly instalments at the end of each month (in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practice), plus any mandatory contributions for family and children allowances. The Base Salary will be subject to review by the Company on the anniversary of the Employee's Commencement Date. There is no obligation to award an increase nor any entitlement to reduce the Base Salary.
