Annual Base Salary definition

Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • The Executive’s Annual Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Compensation Committee annually and may be increased (but not decreased) as the Compensation Committee determines appropriate.

  • Such Annual Base Salary shall be payable to the Executive in equal installments at least twice per month in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practice.


More Definitions of Annual Base Salary

Annual Base Salary means the greater of the Executive’s annual rate of base salary in effect (i) immediately prior to the Change in Control Date and (ii) immediately prior to the Termination Date.
Annual Base Salary as used in this Agreement shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as it may be so increased.
Annual Base Salary means the Executive’s annual base salary from the Company.
