Workers’ Compensation. With respect to all operations performed, the Party shall carry workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
Workers’ Compensation means that payment established as compensation for temporary total disability. More Definitions of Workers’ Compensation

Workers’ Compensation means the statutory compensation (excluding medical and vocational rehabilitation awards) provided.
