Unemployment Insurance definition

Unemployment Insurance means the contribution required of Vendor, as an employer, in respect of, and measured by, the wages of its employees (or subcontractors) as required by any applicable federal, state or local unemployment insurance law or regulation.
Unemployment Insurance means any compensation pay- able under this chapter, including amounts payable by the depart- ment pursuant to an agreement under any federal law providing for compensation, assistance or allowances with respect to unem- ployment.
