Windward makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to any Services or Software provided by Windward under this Agreement.
If the License is used on a server where the number of cores Licensed is greater than or equal to number of cores on the machine, the number of threads that may call Windward is unlimited.
All rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this Agreement are reserved by Windward.

As Licensee’s exclusive remedy and Windward’s sole obligation for breach of this warranty, Windward shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any reproducible error in the Software constituting a breach of the warranty at no additional charge.
Licensee shall promptly return to the other all Confidential Information of Windward that Licensee may have in Licensee’s possession or control.
