Water Permits definition

Water Permits has the meaning set forth in the definition of Water Assets.
Water Permits means collectively the DIIC Water Permits and the Valvino Water Permits.
Water Permits. As defined in Section 1.1(b)(vi).

More Definitions of Water Permits

Water Permits means the Edwards Aquifer Authority Permits scheduled on Exhibit 1 to the Form of Water Deed attached hereto as Exhibit G, including all rights allowing for the possession, withdrawal, ownership or use of groundwater, which shall include all historic groundwater use rights relating to the permits and all interest and rights in the permits from which the scheduled permits were originally derived.
Water Permits means the Exxxxxx Aquifer Authority Permits scheduled on Exhibit 1 to the Form of Water Deed attached hereto as Exhibit G, including all rights allowing for the possession, withdrawal, ownership or use of groundwater, which shall include all historic groundwater use rights relating to the permits and all interest and rights in the permits from which the scheduled permits were originally derived.
Water Permits means any Consent under the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Qld) (the "Water Act") or Australia Integrated Planning Act 1994 (Qld) required by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to take or use water or to construct works for the taking, use or inference with water or the construction of a dam in order to develop and operate their respective assets and conduct their respective businesses.
Water Permits. It is expected that the proposed facility will be subject to state water discharge regulations. As noted above, my cost estimate assumes that a General Permit for Storm Water Associated with Construction Site Activity will be adequate for the project site construction. In addition, the state program will require that permits be obtained for water supply and discharges for non-contact process wastewater hydrostatic testing discharges. Water Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(d).
Water Permits means all right, title and interest of the Sellers in and to all Permits, relating to the Water Systems.

Related to Water Permits

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
