Authorization to Proceed definition

Authorization to Proceed means the written notification provided by the Engineer to a permit holder prior to the permit holder commencing activities under an issued traffic obstruction permit as described in Section 86.1(8)(b)
Authorization to Proceed means written authorization from the Owner to the Operator authorizing the Operator to proceed with performance of the Services as specified by such authorization.
Authorization to Proceed means Owners' written notice to Operator to commence the work required by this Agreement.

  • A fully executed and approved authorization in the form of Attachment 6 to this Agreement, Authorization to Proceed (“ATP”) accompanied by an executed purchase order document issued by the Owner to the Project Consultant, authorizing the performance of specific professional services, authorizing commencement of a Phase as defined in Article 2.1 through Article 2.8, and stating the time for completion and the amount of fee authorized for such services.

  • The Project Consultant agrees to start all work hereunder upon receipt of an Authorization to Proceed issued by the Chief Facilities and Construction Officer or his designee and to complete each Phase within the time stipulated in the Authorization To Proceed (Attachment 6 to this Agreement (“ATP”)) and as required by the Project Schedule (Attachment 1 to this Agreement).

More Definitions of Authorization to Proceed

Authorization to Proceed or “ATP” shall mean the document executed by Purchaser and Contractor dated October 4th, 2006, as amended from time to time, authorizing Contractor to proceed with certain Work prior to entry into force of this Contract.
Authorization to Proceed means the Authorization to Proceed between the Borrower and TAS dated 1 June 2010.
Authorization to Proceed or “ATP” means the agreement entered into by the Parties as of the date hereof authorizing Contractor to perform a certain portion of the Work prior to EDC.
