Governmental Permits means all governmental permits, licenses, registrations, certificates of occupancy, approvals and other governmental authorizations.

Governmental Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13.
Governmental Permits means any permits, licenses, certificates, orders, Consents, authorizations franchises and other approvals from, or required by, any Governmental Entity that are used by, or are necessary to own and to operate, the business of the Company and its subsidiaries as currently configured and operated, together with any applications for the issuance, renewal, modification or extension thereof and all supporting information and analyses.
