Unscheduled Outage definition

Unscheduled Outage means an outage that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage;
Unscheduled Outage means an outage, which is not a Scheduled Outage.
Unscheduled Outage means any outage that is not a “Scheduled Outage”. “Committed Time” shall mean, as to each Business Day, one hour before the trading session for that day is scheduled to open on the NYSE and one hour after the trading session on the NYSE for that day finally closes, but excluding the following periods of Scheduled Outage (defined below).   • Unscheduled Outage service is energy, or energy and capacity, supplied by the Cooperative during unscheduled outages of the Customer’s non-utility source of electric energy supply (distributed generation system).

  • Any disruption to the Services resulting from a violation of these provisions shall not be an Unscheduled Outage and Customer will have no right to any Service credit or other remedy under this SLA or otherwise with respect to such disruption.

  • Buyer and System Operator shall advise Seller of the periods during which such Unscheduled Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of Buyer’s requirements for Net Electrical Output and System Operator’s requirements for Ancillary Services and the necessity for the Unscheduled Outage.


More Definitions of Unscheduled Outage

Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
