Bidding Company definition

Bidding Company means a Subsidiary of the Company whose capital is beneficially owned by the Company and any other Person or Persons that are not Affiliates of the Company for the sole purpose of directly or indirectly bidding on construction projects.
Bidding Company means the reference to the single company, if the Bid for the proposed Project has been made by a single company.
Bidding Company shall refer to such single company that has made a Response to RFP for the Project;

Examples of Bidding Company in a sentence

  • Signed Integrity Pact between SECI and the Bidding Company as per Format 7.10.

  • Except for the scenario as per Clause 5.1 above, in case it is found that the Bidding Company including Ultimate Parent Company/ Parent Company/ Affiliate/ Group Companies have submitted more than one response to this RfS, then all these bids submitted shall be treated as non-responsive and rejected.

  • The Bank Guarantees towards EMD have to be issued in the name of the Bidding Company/ Lead Member of Bidding Consortium.

  • Board Resolution from the Bidding Company or the Lead Member of the Consortium, as the case may be, in favour of the person signing the response to RfS and in the event of selection of the Projects and to sign the PPA with SECI.
