Committed Time definition

Committed Time means, as to each Business Day, one hour before the trading session for that day is scheduled to open on the NYSE and one hour after the trading session on the NYSE for that day finally closes, but excluding the following periods of Scheduled Outage (defined below). A “Scheduled Outage” shall mean (1) those time periods from 12 AM Saturday to 6:00 AM Sunday each week and 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM daily, during which Computershare’s System maybe unavailable due to routine maintenance; and (2) any time period as to which Company has received prior notice. ≥99.5% <99.5% to ≥98% <98%
Committed Time means the time an Eligible Employee is required to spend on the business of the Company or any Qualifying Subsidiary (including any time which the Employee would have been so required to spend but for Permitted Absence) as defined in paragraph 26(2) of Schedule 5;
Committed Time means within 1 hour of confirmed frame due time (example: order with 4pm due time will be completed by 5pm).

Examples of Committed Time in a sentence

  • For all Locations connected by C-band (4/6 GHz), Outages caused by rainfall are lower than 0.01% and by Ku- band; Outages caused by rainfall are lower than 0.1% of the Committed Time Interval (CTI) for the Site Availability.

  • During the Committed Time Period, the Employee will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus in an amount equal to $400,000 subject to achieving performance goals established by the Company’s Board or Compensation Committee in its discretion (the “Cash Bonus”) which is an annual increase of $70,000 (the “Cash Bonus Increase”).

  • Within 30 days following the anniversary date of this Agreement, and on each anniversary date thereafter, WMTC shall pay the Service Provider for any banked hours in excess of the Committed Time during such prior twelve-month period based upon her hourly rate at the close of such twelve-month period.

  • In the event the Owner shall provide more than the Committed Time during any calendar month, the number of hours in excess of the Committed Time shall be offset against the number of hours less than the Committed Time in any other calendar month during the term of this Agreement and any remaining hours in excess of the Committed Time shall be banked.

  • Availability shall be measured by dividing the aggregate time of unscheduled outage periods for a given month by the total amount of Committed Time available for that month, then multiplying by 100, and subtracting the result from 100.00%.

  • The Service will be available to Seller for the processing of both Money Order Services and Money Transfer Services initiated through Company’s DeltaWorks POS Devices at the Locations 99.9% of the Committed Time during each calendar month.

  • In the event the number of hours during any twelve-month period is less than the Committed Time, no deduction shall be made against the monthly fee set forth in this Agreement.

Committed Time the meaning given to it by paragraph 29 of Schedule 14;
Committed Time means 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, but excluding the following periods of Scheduled Outage, and (b) “Scheduled Outage” shall mean (1) that time period from 11 PM Saturday to 5:00 A.M Sunday Central Time each week during which the Company’s Money Transfer System is unavailable due to routine maintenance; and (2) any time period as to which Seller has consented to waive that down time as affecting availability.
Committed Time means that time (days) for which PharmAthene has provided written acceptance of a proposal or amended SOW causing GTC to reserve time (days) in GTC's cGMP clinical manufacturing facility for provision of clinical manufacturing services. If, however, PharmAthene provides [***] days notice to GTC that PharmAthene no longer requires the Committed Time for cGMP manufacture, then PharmAthene would not be obligated to pay GTC for such Committed Time.

Related to Committed Time

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 10 (Timetables).

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Compensated time means, with respect to an employee, any time worked by or credited to the employee that counts toward any minimum work time requirement imposed as a condition of his or her employment, but for purposes of this Ordinance, does not include any designated holidays, vacation periods, personal time, compensatory time off or any period when the employee is on a leave of absence. With respect to officers or employees whose hours are not fixed, "compensated time" includes any period of time when the officer is on premises under the control of the employer and any other time when the officer or employee is executing his or her official duties, regardless of location.

  • Euro-Dollar Business Day means any Domestic Business Day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in dollar deposits) in London.
