Total Project Grant definition

Total Project Grant means the aggregate of the Named Project Grant paid to and the Fund Proceeds used by the Grant Recipient under or in connection with a Named Project; Tranche means either of the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant;

Related to Total Project Grant

  • Total Project Cost means all the funds to complete the effort proposed by the Applicant, including DOE funds (including direct funding of any FFRDC) plus all other funds that will be committed by the Applicant as Cost Sharing.
