Commitment means Sample Clauses

Commitment means. (a) For the period commencing on the Signature Date and terminating on (but excluding) the date of the First Anniversary: the Tranche 1 Amount; (b) for the period commencing on the Closing Date and terminating on (but excluding) the relevant Final Maturity Date: the Tranche 2 Amount; (c) for the period commencing on the First Amendment Effective Date and terminating on (but excluding) the relevant Final Maturity Date: the Tranche 3 Amount; (d) for the period commencing on the First Amendment Effective Date and terminating on (but excluding) the relevant Final Maturity Date: the Tranche 4 Amount, to the extent not cancelled or reduced under this Agreement.

Commitment means. (1) The participating jurisdiction has executed a legally binding agreement with a State recipient, a subrecipient or a contractor to use a specific amount of HOME funds to produce af- fordable housing or provide tenant- based rental assistance; or has exe- nity housing development organiza- tion; or has met the requirements to commit to a specific local project, as defined in paragraph (2), of this defini- tion.

Commitment means. (a) For the period commencing on the Signature Date and terminating on (but excluding) the date of the first anniversary of the Closing Date (First Anniversary): the Tranche 1 Amount; (b) for the period commencing on the First Anniversary and terminating on (but excluding) the date of the second anniversary of the Closing Date (Second Anniversary): the Tranche 2 Amount; (c) for the period commencing on the Second Anniversary and terminating on (but excluding) the date of the third anniversary of the Closing Date: the Tranche 3 Amount, to the extent not cancelled or reduced under this Agreement;

Commitment means. 1.1.22.1 in relation to the Original Lender, ZAR500,000,000 (five hundred million Rand) and the amount of any other Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.2 (Increase); and 1.1.22.2 in relation to any other Lender, the amount of any Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.2 (Increase), to the extent not cancelled, reduced or transferred by it under this Agreement;

Commitment means. 1.1.19.1 in relation to an Original Lender, the amount set opposite its name under the heading “Commitment” in Part 2 of Schedule 1(The Original Parties) and the amount of any other Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement; and 1.1.19.2 in relation to any other Lender, the amount of any Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement, to the extent not cancelled, reduced or transferred by it under this Agreement;

Commitment means. The Company is committed to implement the means to ensure the continuity and quality of access to the electronic platform hosting VTS, the license calculation system, or any other application related to the operation of VTS during the Opening Period.

Commitment means. (a) in relation to the Original Lender, USD125,000,000, and the amount of any other Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement; and (b) in relation to any other Lender, the amount of any Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement, to the extent not cancelled, reduced or transferred by it under this Agreement.
