Eligible project definition

Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:
Eligible project means a project that fits within an Eligible Investment Category.
Eligible project means Seismic retrofit construction that is necessary to ensure that the Qualified building is capable of substantially mitigating seismic damage, and the financing necessary to pay Eligible Costs of the project.

  • DEDA and its representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times after reasonable notice to inspect, examine and copy all books and records of Developer relating to the Eligible Project Costs and the Project.

  • Upon furnishing by Xxxxxxxxx of said written evidence of Eligible Project Costs and upon completion by Developer of the construction of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, DEDA through its Executive Director shall furnish to Developer the Certificate of Completion in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Promptly upon completion by Developer of the construction of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, Developer shall submit to the Executive Director written evidence in a form satisfactory to the Executive Director of Eligible Project Costs incurred and paid.


More Definitions of Eligible project

Eligible project means the physical alterations or retrofits to an existing small business facility as defined in subsection (l) necessary to ensure that the facility is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act as identified in a CASp report on the facility, and the financing necessary to pay eligible costs of the project.
Eligible project means a highway, including bridges, or transit project which provides public benefits by either enhancing mobility and safety, promoting economic development, or increasing the quality of life and general welfare of the public. “Eligible project” also includes mass transit including, but not limited to, monorail and monobeam mass transit systems.

The term “Eligible Project” shall not include the construction, equipping, repairing, or rehabilitating of buildings or other permanent improvements that are to be used for student housing, intercollegiate athletics, or auxiliary enterprises.
