Toll Facilities definition

Toll Facilities means the buildings, canopies, tolling equipment, tolling plazas and administrative facilities of the Association and the furniture, fixtures, and equipment of the Association located therein or thereon set forth on Exhibit 11 to the License Agreement.
Toll Facilities means any Traffic Facilities for the use of which the Authority imposes tolls.
Toll Facilities means the infrastructure utilized in connection with the System on the Site, including, but not limited to: the operations building and related building equipment, systems, parking lot, lighting, utilities and other appurtenances; toll plaza, toll booths and related equipment, systems and appurtenances; areas adjacent to the toll plaza including the walkway to and from the toll lanes; the landscaping and related equipment, systems, and appurtenances in the area of the toll plaza; the toll plaza canopy; the express toll lanes; the express lanes gantries; the manual toll lanes; the area of concrete roadway surface of the manual toll lanes commencing at {exit 8/station/milepost?} and extending to {station/milepost/24th St onramp?}; and the section of the 24th Street onramp encompassing the Toll zone and equipment.

  • The Joint Board shall perform its inspections and reviews at the Toll Facilities in compliance with TSP’s safety and security procedures, and in a manner intended to minimize interference with TSP’s activities.

  • If for any reason your Peach Pass is deactivated you must immediately stop using the Peach Pass, remove the Peach Pass from the Vehicle, and discontinue traveling on Toll Facilities that only accept the Peach Pass as a method of payment.
