Express Lanes definition

Express Lanes means the tolled express lanes developed as part of the 101 Project and any extensions and improvements thereto as determined by the Borrower.
Express Lanes means those tolled lanes of I-4 within the Project.
Express Lanes means the tolled express lanes on I-25 on the date this Master Indenture is executed and delivered. ―Existing I-25 Express Lanes Excess Revenue‖ means revenues from the Existing I-25 Express Lanes, net of the costs of operating, maintaining, renewing and replacing those lanes and any debt service payable in connection with the funding of such costs, as more fully described in the I-25 Excess Revenues IGA.

Examples of Express Lanes in a sentence

  • The Developer will not (A) accept cash tolls on the Express Lanes or (B) impose or collect any fee, charge or other amount for the use of the Express Lanes other than as authorized by this Article 5.
