Tenant Parties definition

Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Tenant Parties means Tenant's agents, contractors, subcontractors, employees, customers, licensees, invitees, assignees and subtenants; and the term "Applicable Laws" means all federal (to the extent not in direct conflict with applicable state, municipal or local cannabis licensing and program laws, rules and regulations), state, municipal and local laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of governmental authorities, committees, associations, or other regulatory committees, agencies or governing bodies having jurisdiction over the Premises or any portion thereof, Landlord or Tenant, including both statutory and common law, hazardous waste rules and regulations, and state cannabis licensing and program laws, rules and regulations. Tenant may only place equipment within the Premises with floor loading consistent with the Building's structural design unless Tenant obtains Landlord's prior written approval. Tenant may place such equipment only in a location designed to carry the weight of such equipment.
Tenant Parties means Tenant, its or their Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members and employees.

  • Landlord Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act, omission or neglect of any tenant in the Project or of any other third party or Tenant Parties.

More Definitions of Tenant Parties

Tenant Parties means and refer, collectively to Tenant, the other members of the Tenant Group, Tenant’s Transferees, and their respective contractors, clients, servants, representatives, licensees, Colocating Parties, agents, and invitees.

Tenant Parties means Tenant, and Tenant’s officers, members, partners, agents, employees, sublessees, licensees, invitees and independent contractors, and all persons and entities claiming through any of these persons or entities; (ii) the term “Landlord Parties” means Landlord and the partners, venturers, trustees and ancillary trustees of Landlord and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, parents, subsidiaries and any other affiliated entities, personal representatives, executors, heirs, assigns, licensees, invitees, beneficiaries, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors of these persons or entities; (iii) the term “Indemnify” means indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to Landlord) and hold free and harmless for, from and against; (iv) the term “Claims” means all liabilities, claims, damages (including consequential damages), losses, penalties, litigation, demands, causes of action (whether in tort or contract, in law or at equity or otherwise), suits, proceedings, judgments, disbursements, charges, assessments, and expenses (including attorneys’ and experts’ fees and expenses incurred in investigating, defending, or prosecuting any litigation, claim, or proceeding); (v) the term “Waives” means that the Tenant Parties waive and knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk of; and (vi) the termsBodily Injury”, “Personal Injury” and “Property Damage” will have the same meanings as in the form of commercial general insurance policy issued by Insurance Services Office, Inc. most recently prior to the date of the injury or loss in question.
Tenant Parties means collectively, Tenant, its Transferees and any other Person claiming by, through or under Tenant, and their respective contractors, clients, customers, uses, officers, directors, employees, representatives, licensees, agents, and invitees.
Tenant Parties shall have the corresponding plural meaning.
Tenant Parties means individually or collectively, Tenant, all persons or entities claiming by, through or under Tenant, and their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, and invitees. The provisions of this Section 10.1 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until all Claims within the scope of this Section 10.1 are fully, finally, and absolutely barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
