Subtenant definition

Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

Subtenant means a person or entity that enters into a Sublease.
Subtenant means the entity identified on Exhibit C that subleases the Facility from Tenant and is the licensed operator of the Facility, individually and collectively. References in this Lease to “Subtenant” shall mean each Subtenant individually and shall relate to such Subtenant’s respective Facility unless expressly stated otherwise.

Without limiting the foregoing, Subtenant shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Sublease Premises any act or omission which shall violate any term, covenant or condition of the Master Lease. Subtenant shall under no circumstances have any rights with respect to the Sublease Premises greater than Sublandlord’s rights as Tenant under the Master Lease.
