Subtenant definition

Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

• Except as otherwise provided in the State’s Statutes governing Landlord Tenant Law, if there is a material noncompliance by Tenant or Subtenant Xxxxx and Sublease Agreement, Landlord may deliver written notice to Tenant and the Subtenant specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and that the Lease and Sublease Agreement will terminate upon a date not less than sixty (60) days after receipt of the notice, if the breach is not remedied in fourteen (14) days.

• However, in the event that such breach or a similar breach occurs after the 14 day period provided in this paragraph, Landlord may deliver written notice to Xxxxxx and the Subtenant that the Lease and Sublease Agreement will terminate upon a date not less than sixty (60) days after receipt of the notice without providing the opportunity to remedy the breach.

• Tenant and Subtenant shall occupy the Premises only as a dwelling unit.

Subtenant means a person or entity that enters into a Sublease.

Subtenant means the entity identified on Exhibit C that subleases the Facility from Tenant and is the licensed operator of the Facility, individually and collectively. References in this Lease to “Subtenant” shall mean each Subtenant individually and shall relate to such Subtenant’s respective Facility unless expressly stated otherwise.

As between the Parties hereto, (i) Sublandlord agrees to observe and perform the terms, covenants and conditions on its part to be observed and performed hereunder (and as Tenant under the Master Lease to the extent that such obligations are not to be performed by Subtenant hereunder) (w) which would materially and adversely impact Subtenant if not complied with, (x) which do not require for their performance possession of the Sublease Premises, (y) which are not otherwise to be performed by Subtenant hereunder, and (z) provided Subtenant complies with its obligations hereunder; and (ii) Subtenant agrees to be bound by the provisions of the Master Lease incorporated herein and to keep, observe and perform for the benefit of Master Landlord and Sublandlord each of the terms, covenants and conditions on its part to be kept, observed and performed hereunder as well as those applicable terms, covenants and conditions to be observed and performed by Sublandlord as Tenant under the Master Lease with respect to the Sublease Premises. Without limiting the foregoing, Subtenant shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Sublease Premises any act or omission which shall violate any term, covenant or condition of the Master Lease. Subtenant shall under no circumstances have any rights with respect to the Sublease Premises greater than Sublandlord’s rights as Tenant under the Master Lease.

Subtenant means the person to whom a tenant gives the right under section 97 to occupy a rental unit; (“sous-locataire”)
