Landlord Party definition

Landlord Party or “Landlord Parties” shall mean Landlord, any affiliate of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agents for the Building, each mortgagee (if any), each ground lessor (if any), and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents or representatives. For the purposes of this Lease, the termTenant Party” or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Landlord Party means Landlord, any Equity Investor, and their respective officers, employees, agents, servants, or assignees.
Landlord Party means a Landlord Entity and any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, trustees, employee or agent of a Landlord Entity or of any partner or member of any Person constituting a Landlord Entity or any other direct or indirect holder of an ownership interest in Landlord, disclosed or undisclosed.

  • Provided that Tenant complies with the requirements of this Section with respect to any third party claim, Tenant shall not be liable for the costs of any separate counsel employed by Landlord or any Landlord Party with respect thereto.

  • In case any such third party action or proceeding is brought against Landlord and/or any Landlord Party by reason of any such claim, Tenant, upon prompt written notice from Landlord or such Landlord Party, shall defend such action or proceeding by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and such Landlord Party.
