Definition of Tenants

  1. Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants.
  2. Tenants means, collectively, (i) Cornell University for and on behalf of its Joan & Sandford I. Weill Medical College, (ii) Quik Park East 67th Street LLC and (iii) TD Bank, N.A.
  3. Tenants means collectively, Greenwood Burgers, Inc. an Indiana corporation, tenant of the Greenwood Property; Cascade Burgers, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Cascade Property; AMC Hammond, Inc., an Indiana corporation, tenant of the Hammond Property; Avon Burgers, Inc., an Indiana corporation, tenant of the Avon Property; AMC Birch Run, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Birch Run Property; Westfield Burgers, Inc., an Indiana corporation, tenant of the Westfield Property; Canton Burgers, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Canton Property; AMC Wesley Chapel, Inc., a Florida corporation, tenant of the Wesley Chapel Property; Birch Run Burgers, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Birch Run Property; Bearcat Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Clinton Township Property; MCA Enterprises Brandon, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Brandon Property; and AMC Bagley, Inc., a Michigan corporation, tenant of the Gaylord Property. "Tenant" means any one of the Tenants.

Examples of Tenants in a sentence

  1. Time is of the essence as to the performance of Tenants obligations under this Lease.
  2. Upon the occurrence of any damage to the Premises, upon notice (the Landlord Repair Notice) to Tenant from Landlord, Tenant shall assign to Landlord (or to any party designated by Landlord) all insurance proceeds payable to Tenant under Tenants insurance required under Section 10.3.2(ii) of this Lease and Landlords obligation to restore any Alterations or Tenant Improvements shall be limited to the extent of such proceeds received by Landlord.
  3. In the event Tenant fails to arrange for said relocation within the sixty-(60)-day period, Landlord shall have the right to arrange for the relocation of Rooftop Equipment at Landlords expense, all of which shall be performed in a manner designed to minimize interference with Tenants business.

Definition of Tenants in Agreement of Sale and Purchase

Tenants means the tenants under the Space Leases.


Definition of Tenants in Loan Agreement

Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants.


Definition of Tenants in Agreement of Purchase and Sale

Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants other than Hines TRS.
