Tenants definition

Tenants means the tenants under the Leases.
Tenants means all persons or entities occupying or entitled to possession of any portion of the Real Property pursuant to the Leases, including tenants, subtenants, and licensees.
Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants.

  • The Tenant's scope of use includes the leased floor of the building and all related public facilities.

Tenants or “lessee” shall mean “tenant, subtenant, lessee, and sublessee”; (l) the term “owned” shall mean “now owned or later acquired”; (m) the terms “any” and “all” shall mean “any or all”; and (n) the term “on demand” or “upon demand” shall mean “within five (5) business days after written notice”.
Tenants means the tenants or users of the Real Property and Improvements who are parties to the Leases.
Tenants organization’’ means a bona fide organization of tenants who represent a majority of the occupied rental units in a rental housing project.
