Tenant Group Clause Samples
The Tenant Group clause defines the collective entities or individuals that are considered part of the tenant's organization for the purposes of the lease. This typically includes the named tenant as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related parties who may occupy or use the leased premises. By clearly identifying who is included in the Tenant Group, the clause ensures that rights, obligations, and liabilities under the lease are properly allocated and understood, preventing disputes over who is authorized to act or benefit under the agreement.
Tenant Group. Tenant's partners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, servants, licensees, invitees, visitors, and permitted subtenants and/or assignees.
Tenant Group any or all of Tenant’s agents, employees, representatives, contractors, workmen, mechanics, suppliers, customers, guests, licensees, invitees, sublessees, assignees and all of their respective successors and assigns or any party claiming by, through or under any of them.
Tenant Group. Tenant, Savvis, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees, agents, constituent partners, affiliates, beneficiaries, trustees and representatives (“Tenant Group”). This Lease shall consist of the foregoing Basic Lease Information, and the provisions of the Standard Lease Provisions (the “Standard Lease Provisions”) (consisting of Sections 1 through 17 which follow) and Exhibits “A” through “K”, inclusive, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference as of the Effective Date. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Basic Lease Information and the provisions of the Standard Lease Provisions, the Standard Lease Provisions shall control. Any initially capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Standard Lease Provisions.
Tenant Group. Tenant, and its directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees, agents, constituent partners, affiliates, beneficiaries, trustees and representatives (the “Tenant Group”).
Tenant Group. The group of guests will be composed of the following maximum people (maximum 2 adults and 2 minors). Full name of the people in the group:
1) GUEST NAME – Group leader (Adult - continuous guest during the rental period. Subject to tourist tax).
