Tenant Party definition

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.
Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees; and "INCLUDING" means including, without limitation.

  • Tenant, and not Landlord, shall be solely liable for compliance with any notice(s) in or about the Premises or to any Tenant Party concerning ACM which are required by applicable law or regulations (including Proposition 65 and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act).

  • Tenant shall not permit any Tenant Party to engage in the preparation and/or serving of foods unless the Premises includes a self-contained kitchen area.

  • If any Tenant Party, loses or misplaces any key(s) to the Building, Landlord shall, in Landlord’s sole discretion, either replace said key(s) or re-key such locks as may be affected thereby, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such costs of such re-keying and/or replacement.

  • Landlord shall not be liable to any Tenant Party in any manner whatsoever arising out of the failure of Landlord or its guard service to secure any person or property from harm except to the extent directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.

Tenant Party means Tenant and its subtenants, contractors, suppliers, employees, officers, licensees, agents and invitees.

Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” means individually or collectively, Tenant, all persons or entities claiming by, through or under Tenant, and their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, and invitees. The provisions of this Section 10.1 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until all Claims within the scope of this Section 10.1 are fully, finally, and absolutely barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
Tenant Party means any Tenant or Tenant Affiliate.
