Definition of Tenant Party

  1. Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.
  2. Tenant Party means any Tenant or Tenant Affiliate.
