Tenant Party definition

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.
Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees.

Examples of Tenant Party in a sentence

  • Prior to vacating the Premises, Tenant will repair any damage to the Premises or Building as a result of any alteration, addition, improvement, or repair to the Premises, or the removal of personal property or trade fixtures by Tenant, or any Tenant Party.

  • Tenant, throughout the Term, shall not bring, or permit any Tenant Party to bring, any Hazardous Materials onto the Real Property.
