Tenant Party definition

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.

Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees.

Examples of Tenant Party in a sentence

• Prior to vacating the Premises, Tenant will repair any damage to the Premises or Building as a result of any alteration, addition, improvement, or repair to the Premises, or the removal of personal property or trade fixtures by Tenant, or any Tenant Party.

• Tenant, throughout the Term, shall not bring, or permit any Tenant Party to bring, any Hazardous Materials onto the Real Property.

• Provided that Landlord complies with the requirements of this Section with respect to any third party claim, Landlord shall not be liable for the costs of any separate counsel employed by Tenant or any Tenant Party with respect thereto.

• In case any such third party action or proceeding is brought against Tenant and/or any Tenant Party by reason of any such claim, Landlord, upon prompt written notice from Tenant or such Tenant Party, shall defend such action or proceeding by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Tenant and such Tenant Party.

• Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for (a) any damage or loss caused by other tenants or other persons in, upon or about the Real Property, or caused by operations in construction of any public or quasi-public work, or (b) except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any Landlord Party, any other loss or damage to persons or property (including any property of Tenant or any Tenant Party).

Tenant Party means Tenant and its subtenants, contractors, suppliers, employees, officers, licensees, agents and invitees.

Tenant Party means Tenant, any direct or indirect owner of Tenant, and their respective officers, employees, agents, servants or assignees.

Tenant Party means (1) any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, employee or agent of Tenant or of any partner or member of any partnership constituting Tenant, disclosed or undisclosed, and (2) any subtenant of Tenant or any other party claiming by, through or under Tenant, and any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, employee or agent of such subtenant or such other party; and "TENANT PARTIES" shall have the corresponding plural meaning.
