Tenant shall repair or replace, subject to Landlord’s direction and supervision, any damage to the Project to the extent caused by a Tenant Party.

Tenant acknowledges that Landlord shall not carry insurance on, and shall not be responsible for damage to, any property of any Tenant Party located in or about the Project.
