Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees; and "INCLUDING" means including, without limitation.

Examples of Tenant Party in a sentence

• Any goods, property or personal effects stored or placed in or about the Premises shall be at the sole risk of the Tenant Party, and neither the Landlord Parties nor their insurers shall in any manner be held responsible therefor.

• The Landlord Parties shall not be responsible or liable to a Tenant Party, or to those claiming by, through or under a Tenant Party, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Building or otherwise.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Landlord Parties shall not be released from liability for any injury, loss, damages or liability to the extent arising from any gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Landlord Parties on or about the Premises; provided, however, in no event shall the Landlord Parties have any liability to a Tenant Party based on any loss with respect to any interruption in the operation of Tenant’s business, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.

• All costs and expenses related to the Alterations incurred by Tenant or any Tenant Party shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant and Tenant shall pay when due all such costs and expenses.

• The commencement of business operations or use of the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party for any activities or uses other than the Fit-Up Work shall trigger the Commencement Date under the Lease.

Tenant Party means Tenant and its subtenants, contractors, suppliers, employees, officers, licensees, agents and invitees.

Tenant Party or “Tenant Parties” means individually or collectively, Tenant, all persons or entities claiming by, through or under Tenant, and their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, and invitees. The provisions of this Section 10.1 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until all Claims within the scope of this Section 10.1 are fully, finally, and absolutely barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.

Tenant Party means any one of the Tenant Parties.
