Supplementary Charges definition

Supplementary Charges means charges to be paid by the Authority over and above the agreed Fees as defined in Schedule 2 (Individual Placement Agreement) which have been negotiated between the Authority and the Provider in order to meet a Learner’s additional needs.

More Definitions of Supplementary Charges

Supplementary Charges shall have the meaning given in clause 4.2.
Supplementary Charges means those charges which are additional to the Fees. For example, Fees for Extra Tuition, or charges for any extra-curricular activities (such as individual music lessons, trips and visits) which You have agreed in advance Your Child may participate in. Supplementary Charges may also include: (a) other extras such as clothing and equipment, photographs or other items ordered by the Parents or the Pupil; (b) charges arising in respect of some educational visits; (c) charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of Your Child; (d) charges incurred by the School in respect of damage (or insurance excess) where the Pupil alone or with others has caused loss or damage to School property or the property of any other person (fair wear and tear excluded); or (e) bank charges arising from default in Fees or Supplementary Charges payment, or late payment charges if incurred.
Supplementary Charges means charges for additional or exceptional items relevant to the Dual Energy service as amended from time to time. “Tariff” means the price shown on the Application Form or Recorded Verbal Script.

  • Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Offering Documents and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering and/or the distribution of the Offered Shares;
