Individual Placement Agreement definition

Individual Placement Agreement means the letter and/or other document(s) issued by <insert name of Council >to the Care Home and copied to yourself, confirming your placement and its details.
Individual Placement Agreement means Schedule 2 (Individual Placement Agreement) (IPA) of this Contract when it refers to the individual arrangements agreed by the Provider and the Authority for a Learner who is the subject of a Placement and encompassing the arrangements within this Contract agreed between the Authority and the Provider.
