Supplementary Material definition

Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Offering Documents and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering and/or the distribution of the Offered Shares;
Supplementary Material means any Prospectus Amendment and any supplemental or additional or ancillary material, information, evidence, return, report, application, statement or document prepared and filed by the Corporation with the Securities Commissions;
Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Preliminary Prospectus or the Final Prospectus, and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Canadian Securities Laws relating to the distribution of the Offered Shares;
