Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

More Definitions of Energy Charge
Energy Charge means the price which the Purchaser will pay to the Seller per kWh for Net Energy Output in accordance with Clause 11.3 as determined in accordance with Schedule 5 - hereto. "Energy Payment" has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 12.2.2.
Energy Charge means the monthly charge for the Xxxxxx Energy portion of Customer’s Allocation that the Authority calculates by multiplying the Energy Rate by the Customer’s Forecasted Monthly Xxxxxx Energy Entitlement.
