Energy Charge definition

Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
Energy Charge means a charge levied on the consumer based on the quantity of electricity (units in kWh or kVAh as per tariff) supplied.
Energy Charge means in respect of a Trading Period the charge calculated for that Trading Period in accordance with Section 3 of Schedule 1;

More Definitions of Energy Charge

Energy Charge means the price which the Purchaser will pay to the Seller per kWh for Net Energy Output in accordance with Clause 11.3 as determined in accordance with Schedule 5 - hereto. "Energy Payment" has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 12.2.2.
Energy Charge means the monthly charge for the Xxxxxx Energy portion of Customer’s Allocation that the Authority calculates by multiplying the Energy Rate by the Customer’s Forecasted Monthly Xxxxxx Energy Entitlement. Energy Planning and Management Program means the “Energy Planning and Management Program; Integrated Resource Planning Approval Criteria” published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on March 30, 2000 (65 Fed. Reg. 16789, et seq.), and any subsequent amendments thereto. Energy Rate means the rate that the Authority uses to calculate the Energy Charge, as modified from time-to-time by the Authority during the Contract Year, as set forth in Section 11(b) of this Contract. Energy Related Revenue Requirements means all Revenue Requirements determined by the Authority to be associated with the energy charges paid by the Authority to Western, as set forth in Section 11(b) of this Contract.

Energy Charge means the price to be paid by Buyer to Seller each month during the Delivery Term for each kWh of the Contract Quantity of energy delivered, as set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
