Hire Charges means all the charges, operator costs, Waiver Fee and other fees (as applicable) charged to you by us in respect of the hire of the Plant and Equipment.

• Until the Purchase Price for the Equipment bought in accordance with clause 2 is paid, the Hire Charges will continue to be payable.

Hire Charges means the rates set out in the Plant Hire Order.
