Hire Charges definition

Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Hire Charges means all the charges, operator costs, Waiver Fee and other fees (as applicable) charged to you by us in respect of the hire of the Plant and Equipment.
Hire Charges means the rates set out in the Plant Hire Order.

Examples of Hire Charges in a sentence

  • Where Equipment is hired for a fixed period, the Hire Charges for the Period of Hire are payable in advance.

  • If an accepted Quotation or forward booking is cancelled by the Customer, the Customer will pay 20% of the Hire Charges for the cancelled Period of Hire for the Equipment.

  • The Owner’s liability to the Customer in relation to any hire agreement on these terms will never exceed the Hire Charges.


More Definitions of Hire Charges

Hire Charges means the charges including the hire charges, delivery fee, Waiver Fee and other fees (as applicable) charged to you by us in respect of the hire of the Plant and Equipment.
Hire Charges means the various charges detailed in Condition 12.
Hire Charges means the rates and Charges payable by the Customer for the hire of the Equipment.
Hire Charges means the charges for the supply of Plant, personnel and Services (as applicable) under this Agreement, calculated at the rates set out in the Plant Hire Order.
Hire Charges means the hire charges charged by us to You for the hire of the Equipment determined in accordance with these Terms and identified in the invoice provided by us to You.
Hire Charges means the amount specified in Item 12 of Part 1.
