Until the Purchase Price for the Equipment bought in accordance with clause 2 is paid, the Hire Charges will continue to be payable.
If the proceeds of sale or insurance do not cover the Purchase Price, remaining Hire Charges or any other amounts due and payable by the Customer to AHSH (as applicable), AHSH may recover the difference as a debt due by the Customer to AHSH.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer must continue to pay the Hire Charges and other charges after the Expected Off-Hire Date if the Customer has not returned the Equipment to AHSH by the Expected Off-Hire Date.
The imposition of these additional Hire Charges does not mean that ▇▇▇▇ agrees to extend the Hire Period.
If AHSH agrees to accept an early return of the Equipment, the Customer will remain liable to pay all Hire Charges in respect of the Hire Period.
