Debt Service Charges definition

Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Debt Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of and interest and any premium due on bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon mandatory redemption, together with any required deposits to reserves for the payment of principal of and interest on those bonds, and includes any payments required by the port authority to satisfy any of its obligations under or arising from any guaranty agreements, reimbursement agreements, or other credit enhancement agreements described in division (C) of this section.

Examples of Debt Service Charges in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not at any time permit the outstanding principal amount of the Unsecured Indebtedness to exceed an amount such that: (a) the Unencumbered Net Operating Income, divided by (b) Pro Forma Unsecured Debt Service Charges would be less than 1.5 for any Fiscal Quarter.
