Upon termination of Employee's employment with the Company, Employee further agrees to immediately return all (original and copies) of any trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information and training manuals of the Company which came into Employee's possession during his/her employment with the Company.
The Board has adopted the Plan for the purpose of retaining the services of selected Employees, non-employee members of the Board or the board of directors of any Parent or Subsidiary and consultants and other independent advisors in the service of the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary).
