Subcontractor Billing Rate definition

Subcontractor Billing Rate refers to the gross hourly rate, prior to the deduction of any taxes, that the Contractor will xxxx the Judicial Council or Participating JBE and the Judicial Council or Participating JBE will pay the Contractor for the work performed for an Assignment by the Subcontractor’s Assigned Personnel pursuant to an Order issued under this Master Agreement. A Subcontractor Billing Rate is the amount the Contractor will pay the Subcontractor for work provided by the Subcontractor’s Assigned Personnel and includes the salary or pay rate, to be paid by the Subcontractor to the Assigned Personnel for performing the work set forth in an applicable Order, and the xxxx-up charges of the Subcontractor. A Subcontractor Billing Rate shall be in accordance with the appropriate Subcontractor Billing Rate, as set forth in Appendix B, Attachment 1, Pricing Schedules, or it shall be pursuant to an agreement, documented in writing by the parties in accordance with this Master Agreement, which shall be incorporated into Appendix B, Attachment 1, Schedules, via a subsequent Amendment to this Master Agreement.

A Subcontractor Billing Rate is the amount the Contractor will pay the Subcontractor for work provided by the Subcontractor’s Assigned Personnel and includes the salary or pay rate, to be paid by the Subcontractor to the Assigned Personnel for performing the work set forth in an applicable Work Order, and the xxxx-up charges of the Subcontractor. A Subcontractor Billing Rate shall be within the appropriate Subcontractor Billing Rate range, as set forth in Exhibit #, Payment Provisions, or it shall be pursuant to an agreement, documented in writing by the parties in accordance with this Master Agreement, which shall be incorporated into Exhibit #, Payment Provisions via a subsequent Amendment to this Master Agreement.

Examples of Subcontractor Billing Rate in a sentence

  • The parties’ agreement of a new Classification and the applicable Salary Rate or Subcontractor Billing Rate, and Billing Rate with applicable contractual xxxx-up, will be documented in writing and incorporated into the Agreement via a subsequent Amendment.

  • The parties’ agreement of a new Subcontractor and the applicable Subcontractor Billing Rate, and Billing Rate with Subcontractor Xxxx-up, will be documented in writing and incorporated into the Master Agreement via a subsequent Amendment.

Related to Subcontractor Billing Rate

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.   • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
