Major Subcontractor definition

Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
Major Subcontractor as used in this clause, means a subcontractor that is awarded a subcontract that equals or exceeds—
Major Subcontractor means any subcontractor supplying services, labor and/or materials in connection with the Project which is for an aggregate contract price equal to or greater than $500,000, whether pursuant to one contract or agreement or multiple contracts or agreements, after taking into account all change orders, or which relates major project elements such as steel, concrete, HVAC systems, windows, doors and other similar items.

Major Subcontractor means a subcontractor under a subcontract in an amount of $100,000 or more pertaining to any Facility.
Major Subcontractor means any subcontractor or trade contractor or supplier, other than a Design Professional, who is a party to a Major Subcontract.
Major Subcontractor means the Subcontractors that, due to the nature of the construction work, comprise a critical or essential element of the construction such that the amount of the contract is equal to or greater than 10% or $200,000 of the construction budget, whichever is greater. Examples, include, but are not limited to such trades as steel, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, excavation/site work, or any other subcontractor trade that is a major subcontractor due to the nature of the construction work in an particular Project.
Major Subcontractor means an Entity with which the Participant engages in an agreement, in which such Entity undertakes to provide the Participant with all of the required operation and maintenance services of the Transferred Facilities, following the Handover (if the Participant is declared to be the Purchaser).
Major Subcontractor has the meaning ascribed in Article 4 of this Contract.
Major Subcontractor means (a) a Subcontractor who enters into a Subcontract with Contractor for the supply of inverters, PV modules, PV Interconnection Switchgear and PVCS, (b) a Subcontractor that enters into a Subcontract with Contractor for preparing the plan for erosion, sediment, and pollution control pursuant to Applicable Permits, (c) the Electric Subcontractor, (d) the Site Preparation Subcontractor and (e) any Qualifying Subcontractor. An initial list of approved Major Subcontractors is attached as Exhibit K.
