Major Subcontractor definition

Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

Major Subcontractor as used in this clause, means a subcontractor that is awarded a subcontract that equals or exceeds—

Major Subcontractor means a subcontractor that is either (i) designated by the Parties, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, as a Major Subcontractor, or (ii) responsible for fifteen percent (15%) or more of the cost of the contract price under the subject construction contract.

Major Subcontractor means a subcontractor that is awarded a subcontract that equals or exceeds—

Major Subcontractor means any subcontractor or supplier of materials entering into contracts for services and/or supply of materials for the Project in an amount greater than $50,000;

Major Subcontractor means a subcontractor under a subcontract in an amount of $100,000 or more pertaining to any Facility.

Major Subcontractor means any Subcontractor identified in Appendix G having a contract with Seller in relation to Seller’s performance of this Agreement with an aggregate value in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).

Major Subcontractor means an Entity with which the Participant engages in an agreement, in which such Entity undertakes to provide the Participant with all of the required operation and maintenance services of the Transferred Facilities, following the Handover (if the Participant is declared to be the Purchaser).

Major Subcontractor means any subcontractor or trade contractor or supplier, other than a Design Professional, who is a party to a Major Subcontract.

Major Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has primary responsibility, with respect to the Project or any Facility, for: (i) design and engineering services, (ii) architectural services, (iii) environmental support services, (iv) services as an independent engineer, (v) geotechnical investigation, (vi) surveying, (vii) traffic or ridership and revenue studies, (viii) right-of-way acquisition services, (ix) provision of, or services related to, toll or fare collection equipment, (x) provision of, or services related to, vehicles or systems, (xi) utility engineering, or (xii) financial advisory services.
