Major Subcontractor definition

Major Subcontractor as used in this clause, means a subcontractor that is awarded a subcontract that equals or exceeds

  • Owner agrees to the use and engagement of Subcontractors by Contractor, provided, that Contractor may not enter into any contract with a Major Subcontractor unless the Major Subcontractor is named on Exhibit I or has been approved by Owner in accordance with Section 3.2 and that Contractor shall provide Owner with the right to inspect all aspects of the Work at facilities of each Major Subcontractor during business hours and upon reasonable notice.

  • Approval (or deemed approval) of any Major Subcontractor under this paragraph shall only be for the portion of the Work so approved.


More Definitions of Major Subcontractor

Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
