Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally. ‘Supplier Representatives’ means all persons engaged by the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under the Contract including:  its employees and workers (including persons employed by a third party but working for and under the control of the Supplier);  its agents, suppliers and carriers; and  any sub-contractors of the Supplier (whether approved under Condition 21 (Assignation and sub-contracting) or otherwise).

Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the recruitment control as defined in HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (version 3) published by the Authority in February 2011. “Brand Guidelines” shall mean the brand guidelines for the use of the Hallmark which are available in electronic format upon request;;
