Reporting Subcontractor definition

Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.
Reporting Subcontractor. With respect to the Master Servicer or the Securities Administrator, any Subcontractor determined by such Person pursuant to Section 11.08(b) to be "participating in the servicing function" within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB.   • In the event the Servicer, the Sub-Servicer, the Indenture Trustee or any Reporting Subcontractor is terminated or resigns during the term of this Agreement, such Person shall provide the documents and information pursuant to Section 4.10 and Section 4.11 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or provided services with respect to the Issuing Entity or the Receivables.
