Software Reseller definition

Software Reseller means the third party through which the Customer procures software, hardware, services, maintenance and support. The Customer, through the Customer’s software reseller, requests a quote for software, hardware, services, maintenance and support. The quote is provided to the Client’s software reseller on behalf of the Client, and is incorporated into the Client’s purchase order with the Client’s software reseller.
