Signify means Signify Netherlands B.V. or its applicable Affiliate as indicated in the applicable Agreement or, absent such Agreement, Signify Netherlands B.V., unless Signify NetherlandsB.V. indicates in writing that another entity qualifies as “Signify” in which case that entity shallqualify as Signify;
Signify means the Signify Affiliate identified in a purchase order and where applicable includes other Signify Affiliates; (j) “Signify Affiliate(s)” means each company, firm and legal entity which now or hereafter is: (i) Controlled by Signify, (ii) Controlling Signify or (iii) under common Control with Signify and (iv) each of such other companies, firms or legal entities as may be appointed by Signify. The Signify Affiliates may be listed in the Eligible Buying Locations list (available at the Supplier Website) which may be updated from time to time by Signify; (k) “Signify Data” means any Personal Data or set of Personal Data Processed by Supplier on behalf and under the instructions of Signify (l) “Process” or “Processing” or “Processed” means any operation or set of operations performed or to be performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as creation, access, collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, loading, employing, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, displaying, use, disclosure by transmission, granting remote access, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction; (m) “Open Source Software” means (1) any software that requires as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of such software, that such software: (i) be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (ii) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; (iii) may only be redistributed free from enforceable IPRs; and/or (2) any software that contains, is derived from, or statically or dynamically links to, any software specified under (1); (n)“Services” means the services to be performed by Supplier for Signify under the Agreement; (o) “Supplier Affiliate(s)” means each company, firm or other entity per the effective date of the Agreement is: (i) Controlled by Supplier,

This Standard Warranty must be read together with Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products and Services of Signify currently in force, or such other terms as agreed to in a legally enforceable agreement executed between Signify and Customer, including separate supply, distribution or sales contracts (“Terms and Conditions”). Unless otherwise specified herein, any term or expression defined or used in Terms and Conditions and relating to this Standard Warranty shall have (in the interpretation of Terms and Conditions) the same meanings as used herein. In all other respects, Terms and Conditions remain unchanged and are in full force and effect. In the event of conflict between this Standard Warranty and Terms and Conditions in relation to the Products, this Standard Warranty will prevail.
Examples of Signify in a sentence
At reasonable notice, Customer shall assist Signify in verifying Customer's compliance with the Agreement.
For any Product that is sold by Signify that is not subject to an applicable Standard Product Warranty, Signify warrants only that for one (1) year from delivery to Customer the Products will be free from Defects.
For any Services that are performed by Signify, Signify warrants only that for thirty (30) days from the performance, the Service will be free from Defects (except in respect of Installation where this thirty (30) days’ warranty period will commence upon acceptance as set out in section 6(c).
Customer shall timely inform Personnel of required safety precautions and advise Signify of all applicable site-specific health, safety, security and environmental requirements and procedures.
Signify has the right, but not the obligation, to, from time to time, review and inspect applicable health, safety, security and environmental documentation, procedures and conditions at the site.

Signify. , “us”, or “our” means either (i) Signify Netherlands B.V.; or (ii) its applicable Affiliate as indicated in the Software Services Agreement; or (iii) the Affiliate as indicated in the table included in section 6 below for the country in which Customer has its domicile; or (iv) if the country in which the Customer has its domicile is not mentioned in that table, Signify Netherlands B.V. (unless indicated otherwise by Signify).
