Signify Data definition

Signify Data means any Personal Data or set of Personal Data Processed by Supplier on behalf and under the instructions of Signify (l) “Process” or “Processing” or “Processed” means any operation or set of operations performed or to be performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as creation, access, collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, loading, employing, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, displaying, use, disclosure by transmission, granting remote access, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction; (m) “Open Source Software” means (1) any software that requires as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of such software, that such software: (i) be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (ii) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; (iii) may only be redistributed free from enforceable IPRs; and/or (2) any software that contains, is derived from, or statically or dynamically links to, any software specified under (1); (n)“Services” means the services to be performed by Supplier for Signify under the Agreement; (o) “Supplier Affiliate(s)” means each company, firm or other entity per the effective date of the Agreement is: (i) Controlled by Supplier,
Signify Data means any Personal Data or set of Personal Data processed by Supplier on behalf and under the instructions of Signify (l) “Process” or “Processing” or “Processed” means any operation or set of operations performed or to be performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as creation, access, collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, loading, employing, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, displaying, use, disclosure by transmission, granting remote access, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction; (m) “Open Source Software” means (1) any software that requires as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of such software, that such software: (i) be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (ii) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; (iii) may only be redistributed free from enforceable IPRs; and/or (2) any software that contains, is derived from, or statically or dynamically links to, any software specified under (1); (n)“Services” means the services to be performed by Supplier for Signify under the Agreement; (o) “Supplier Affiliate(s)” means each company, firm or entity per the effective date of the Agreement is: (i) Controlled by Supplier, (ii) controlling Supplier or (iii) under common Control with Supplier, only for as long as such Control exists; (p) “Supplier” shall mean each person or entity (including, where relevant, Supplier Affiliates), that enters into the Agreement; (q) “Supplier Website” means the website hosted by Signify N.V. providing relevant information about how Signify does business with its suppliers at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/global/contact/suppliers or such other link as may be communicated by Signify from time to time; (r) “Work Product” means all deliverables (including future deliverables) and other data, reports, works, inventions, know-how, software, improvements, designs, devices, apparatus, practices, processes, methods, drafts, prototypes, products and other work product or intermediate versions thereof produced or acquired by Supplier Affiliates, its personnel or its agents for Signify in the performance of Services under the Agreement.

Related to Signify Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Evaluation Material shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3(a).

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Information Page means https://indices.vontobel.com.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials (a) that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party or (b) that are otherwise conceived or reduced to practice in the conduct of the Research Collaboration.

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • Buyer Confidential Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.
