Assignment Form definition

Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

Assignment Form means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

• Prior to the Termination Date and subject to compliance with applicable laws and Section 4 of this Warrant, this Warrant and all rights hereunder are transferable, in whole or in part, at the office or agency of the Company by the Holder in person or by duly authorized attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant together with the Assignment Form annexed hereto properly endorsed.

• The signature to this Assignment Form must correspond with the name as it appears on the face of the Warrant, without alteration or enlargement or any change whatsoever, and must be guaranteed by a bank or trust company.

• Unless otherwise provided for under applicable laws or regulations of a public policy nature, these rules are subject to laws of France and any litigation or dispute arising hereunder shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over such matters in Paris.Appendix: Assignment of rights agreement This assignment of rights agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the Creator and the Company as referred to below and includes this Assignment Form and the Terms of Assignment available hereafter.
