Variation Form definition

Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);
Variation Form means the form set out in Call Off Schedule 12 (Variation Form);
Variation Form means the form set out in Contract Schedule 11 (Variation Form);

Examples of Variation Form in a sentence

  • Subject to Clause 15.1.4, the receiving Party shall respond to the request within the time limits specified in the Variation Form.

  • A Party may request a Variation by completing and sending the Variation Form to the other Party giving sufficient information for the receiving Party to assess the extent of the proposed Variation and any additional cost that may be incurred.

  • Subject to this section You may vary the arrangements under a Direct Debit Request (including by stopping or deferring a Debit Payment) by completing a Variation Form.
