Services Addendum definition

Services Addendum means a description of the services to be provided by Vendor attached to this Agreement as an Exhibit B. The parties may add additional Exhibits for additional services as agreed upon by the parties from time to time.   • From time to time we may amend, update, add to, or replace in their entirety, any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any Services Addendum, including without limitation, any cut-off time, any Business Day, and any of the schedules or supplements attached hereto upon reasonable written or electronic notice to you or by any other method permitted by Applicable Law.

Related to Services Addendum

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
