Supplementary Terms definition

Supplementary Terms means the terms and conditions for that specific jurisdiction where you open your account which amend these standard terms or are added to them.
Supplementary Terms means the service-specific supplementary terms and conditions and its associated Service Schedule, which form part of this Agreement.

Supplementary Terms means the terms and conditions in respect of the supply and use of the products and services supplied by the Company;
Supplementary Terms means any additional terms and conditions applicable to the Goods and/or Services, which are referred to or set out in a Con- firmation or which are provided to the Purchaser by the Supplier;
