Trustee Bank means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its individual capacity, each bank appointed as successor Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement in its individual capacity and each bank appointed as co-trustee under and to the extent provided in the Trust Agreement in its individual capacity.
