Labor hours definition

Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed upon the public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours per- formed by workers employed by the contractor and all sub- contractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, owners, and workers who are not subject to prevailing wage require- ments.
Labor hours means the actual number of hours worked by workers receiving an hourly wage who are employed on the site of a Public Work or Improvement, and who are subject to state or federal prevailing wage requirements.
